Hard to believe it's been almost 12 days since the Haiti earthquake. Even harder to believe, there were still rescues being made on Day 11. The Dkos Community has come together to compile this amazing list of charities, no doubt an invaluable resource going forward. Tonight, I've gone through and alphabetized the charities in each category. Thanks to comments below and in other diaries, new charities have been added. I've left the other text largely in tact, no recs required. But please make sure The Shelterbox Diary stays on the rec list until the next one is posted on Sunday morning. Incredibly, Dkos has raised money for 105 boxes! That's 105 shelters that will giving Haitians some much-needed security at this time. Last night's telethon raised $58 million and counting.
